Here is something that most males should know. Okay, real males and not those sissy ones. The short term is "glooming".
Food consumption is important. You don't want to accumulate fats, don't you unless you want to be Tom the Fatty.
Drink lots of water. If possible, plain water. Carbonated drinks should be consumed at minimum levels.
Get good pair of shoes. A man is judged by his footwear. Here is a clue, ladies look at the type of shoes a man wear to see what personality they have.
Dress to kill. You don't have to get those expensive ones, go with Polo t-shirts.
Get those well-to-do moisturizers and cream for your face. To reduce sweat and also acne.
Brush your teeth in the morning and evening after food. Clear your mouth with Dettol or Listerin.
Yes, of course exercise. Take on weights but don't over-do on the muscle mass. Run or jog around the garden or on the trade mill. Stretch your legs and arms once in a while.
Last but not least, put on a smile.
