A Day Out.

Took a half day leave to meet up with cousin Aaron and to go to Kuala Lumpur, Setapak. Reached Aaron's house at around 3p.m.


Aaron being the master of statistics is a sifu to WeiJia.

We had dinner at Ipoh Old Town below the apartment where WeiJia stay.

After a drive to Kuala Lumpur, Setapak, we headed to PJ to have a meal. We went to Williams at Taman Mayang. We had an sumptuous meal. We ordered mee raja with chicken and a cup of watermelon special.

Fetched Aaron home after the meal and headed home. Reached home at around 10.30p.m.

Father's Day & My Early Birthday Celebration. (2010)

Killing two birds with one stone. Celebrated father's day and also my birthday today. My actual birthday is on 23rd of June but my family decided to celebrate it earlier since it was the weekend and also at the same time it was father's day.

We had dinner outside today. The restaurant is located in Taman Danau Desa. The name of the restaurant was Leun Fatt.

Took some pictures of the food that we ordered. We ordered a couple of dishes.


Above is a dish which we call "nga poh tau foo" in Cantonese. It is a dish which consist of tau foo and some vegetables.


The dish above is marmite chicken.


Scramble fried egg. In cantonese we call it "foo yong tan".


Pork.


Tapioca leaves vegetable. The only greenery dish we ordered.


Steam fish.


Black pepper crab. The crab was brought from the market and it was still fresh when it was cooked. Nice!

After dinner, we headed home to eat the cake. Since it was my birthday, mum bought a cake from Secret Recipe. It was a butter-mash cake with nuts in it.


My 24th birthday cake which was shared with the celebration of Father's Day.

Gathering at Chill Out.

The group of friends from university had been planning to have a gathering. On the 5th of June, we all gathered at Chill Out, Subang Parade at 7pm. Chill Out is a bistro where there were alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There were also food mainly western.

We had lots and lots of chatting and we were having a good time. We went home at 10 something and before we all departed, we had a group photo.
