有些打工族一辈子的梦想只是要买一辆Toyota Camry。。。
他们的梦想在美国用USD20,000 (RM60,000)就能够买到了，但是同样的款式在马来西亚最少要RM150,000以上。

除非国阵倒台，不然在国阵的朋党控制和保护国产车的政策下，进口车被政府抽了300%的重税。
接下来国家外债越来越多，进口车的价格应该只会上升、不会下降。。。

在美国，Mechanical Engineer的平均工资是一年USD71,173（RM213,519）
同样的工作，在Satu Malaysia的工资是一年RM45,000。

这就是说，在美国做工程师用3个月半就能够买一辆崭新的Toyota Camry。
但是，马来西亚的工程师要用40个月（3年又4个月）的薪水才能够在马来西亚买到一辆Camry。

这就是为什么大马人才会外流的原因！

而且RM60,000能够在美国买到一辆崭新的Toyota Camry，
而在马来西亚却只能够买到一辆Proton Satria Neo！

马来西亚人的工资比例比其他国家低，但是进口车的价格很明显比其他国家高很多倍，所以逼到普通老百姓没有办法一定要买Proton。

外国人形容Proton车叫Tin Car，因为安全性低，就好像坐在Milo罐里面一样，飞来横祸时很容易出人命。。。

Proton安全性低也是造成大马车祸死亡率高的原因之一，
但是这个原因交通部是不会报告给大众听的。

活在制度里面的人民就是高官的眼里的Proton Saga(笨蛋傻瓜)，
每天卖命地工作、天天为贷款烦恼，还以为是把钱还给银行。。。

其实这些钱有一大部分是悄悄地进了国阵那几十个家族和跟那些人有“交情”的朋党的口袋！

这只是政府官商勾结，制度化地抢劫人民的财富的诸多例子之一罢了。。。

要结束他们的“私人关系”很简单，只要来届大选改朝换代，开启政党轮替的先河才能够斩断他们之间肮脏的关系！

My verdict:

This is true. We are being cheated by the government. There is no fair trade. We are buying cars made out of Milo tin. Compare a Camry and a Satria Neo. You will see the difference. The Camry is much solid and it uses the up-to-date technology. Furthermore, the Camry is a car that can last for many decades. Compared to the Satria Neo, you are not guaranteed a safe journey plus the engine they use which is the CamPro is a rejected module from Lotus. We are paying up to our noses for a better car and this money goes to the government after tax. We know that there are deficit in the Balance of Payment in the country and yet this blood suckers are imposing tax triple times the price. The price of a Camry in the USA is the same price of the Satria Neo. This shows that there is no fair trade and this is unhealthy for Proton and the rakyat (citizens) who only can afford at most a Satria Neo for a teenager for just come out from work. Our safety is not guaranteed and furthermore, we can actually buy a Camry in the USA. We demand for a change in ruling of the country. The current leaders are just bringing the country to no man's land and if they do not change, we shall change it for them by voting the current government of Malaysia out. The opposition can do a better job because there is no corruption and so we can enjoy better brand of cars at an affordable price without any levy of tax. We are no longer living in the mundane days but we are smart now. We know how to compare prices and we know all the dirty tricks done by the government. This is not a laughing matter but something to look at if not the next election we shall see new colors and faces who can do a better job compared to those corrupted and nepotism era. A cry from a citizen. We hope for a change.

Healthy Diet (Drinks)

The food that we consume nowadays is either too oily or too salty. Plus we don't know if there are other substance such as arginomoto placed in the food which is commonly implanted when we eat outside. If we continue to consumed these food our body will react towards the food that we consume and in the long run we will have many sickness such as kidney failure, cancer and so on.

We can actually consume these food which is mostly outside food but we must detox. There are many ways of detoxing. We can have our daily supplements such as vitamins and pills which will cleanse our body. Another method is by having a good cup of drink.

We can get these ingredients from your near by supermarket and also late night market. They are fruits and also vegetables. The most important ones are like bitter gourd, lemon which helps in cleaning our entire system, green apple and many more.

Combination 1

Blend along three green apples, slice two bitter gourd and two cucumber. Cucumber has very good cancer healing properties. It is anti-cancerous particles. Bitter gourd is good for your complexion and also it has some healing values. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Great start to the season.

The mighty Red's have shown what they are capable of doing even if they are about to lose. United has and will never keep surprising their fans. They are good at turning the fortunes. They have shown it in the Charity Shield match.

They have once again shown their noisy neighbors how to play fancy football plus how to win in style.



The pre-season training and the Charity Shield encounter have shown that Manchester United is a team to reckon once again. This time they are genuine and they do not need expensive players to win titles. The unity of the team has shown the return of investment that the club owners and chief executive director have put their faith in.



The first goal they scored was from a center back who played right-back in this game. Smalling has shown that he is capable and always be at the right place to pouch a goal in. He did it really well liken to a striker.



This is the goal that Nani scored. Great combination of play between Rooney and Anderson for Nani to score. He did it at a tight angle. Nani would be the player to watch this coming season. He has abilities to score goals out of nothing.



Nani who was given the man of the match status kept the celebration with his own style. United players know how to celebrate when they score or when they are winning a game. Ala to Nani.



Finally, what went wrong for Mancini and his lads. They were leading two goals at first-half but managed to let in three gifted goals. Guess some managers have to do some thinking even though they have the capability to buy players. He is missing the secret ingredient that Alex Ferguson has with his players.

Liverpool v Malaysia XI.

I am not a Liverpool supporter neither I support the local team. I just want to feel the atmosphere during 90 minutes of the game. Furthermore, this is the first time Liverpool is in Malaysia after contracting with Standard Charted.

Yesterday evening went to Garden's Rock Star studio to get the tickets. At first I opt for the green gate entrance but the whole bloc was full. I chose the yellow gate. I bought the RM 58 ticket which is free sitting. Though the view won't be that clear due to the distance between the field and the place that I bought, I feel just great to able to watch a live match in person with all the players. I am betting on Liverpool to score first and win the game. We will be missing Steven Gerrard the captain and goalkeeper Pepe Reina.

Below is the ticket that I bought. I was glad there were still tickets available as I bought the ticket the day before the match. It will be held at Bukit Jalil at 4.45P.M.



Shall be taking public transport as it is quite jam if I were to drive there. I shall go to KL Central to board the monarail from Tun Sambathan to Hang Tuah and take an interchange to Bukit Jalil by Star LRT. After the game end, I shall follow back the same route and contact my parents to pick me up at KL Central.

You'll Never Walk Alone...

The current political state of Malaysia.

I am never a supporter of Malaysian government. I am not afraid. Put me in jail and I shall plea to the foreign bodies about the unfairness. Go ahead Barisan. You may show your colors but please think again before putting another soul into jail.

First thing first, I am not a silly fool. If you want to rule a country rule it with dignity and fairness. The trouble with you people in BN, you all are not ruling the country in a proper manner. Look at the prices of sugar, salt and petrol. Take for example petrol, you (BN) are exploiting the rakyat (people). We are net exporters and yet the petrol in our country is not at its appropriate price. Ever since the sugar is taken over by the government, it has gone up a few cents. What is all these? Are we being exploited? Is it fair to the poor and needy?

The current Prime Minister has his own interest at his own hands. He only think about his pocket and not the people. He can buy fighter jets and cable cars but he can't even run the country well. Take for example the inflation rate of the country. How many people who are jobless. People finding difficulties to put food on the table. Mr. PM, what have you done for those who are in need? Don't talk about 1 Malaysia because the current government only supports one race. This is unfairness. The cronies only get their desired need but the rest of the rakyat got to work hard and yet not sure that they can support their families. This is an issue that the current government must look into.

The following print screen is an argument between my cousin and the current government. Yes, we belief that the government has to change. They are too long in power. 50 plus over years and they have taken many chances and also projects. Unless the current government change, there won't be any better. People are losing faith of the current government. There is no security. The police have become puppets to the current government. They just take action against those who are fighting for pure and cleanest. Foreign bodies should make sure the current government run the country with fairness and without discrimination. We want to see the true value of 1 Malaysia and not its current state. I feel the objectives of 1 Malaysia will not be met until the government change its current plan and to act fairly and just.



We go to school we learn about morale values. But all these leaders do not practice them in real life. They should be shame of themselves. If you are incapable of showing something do not make them a reality. Take for example 1 Malaysia. Is it fair to all races. Are we really in harmony or we are just faking it out for the sake of keeping our peace. We must fight for the rights that we belief we suppose to have.

The current government should take hid of what the opposition leaders are fighting. If they are complacent, they will lose their overall sit in parliament and that is it. Their position will be taken over by the opposition. There is a call for change. Yes, it is strong. We want a change. We want fairness and also accountability of everything that the government spend or make an acquirement. I pray and hope for a proper and clean government for the coming election.

Papaya!

This is the biggest papaya that I have seen so far. I got a chance to take a closer shot of it. Introducing to you the biggest ever papaya that I have seen. Below are some pictures taken.



I am not pulling your leg. Look for yourself the gigantic size of a papaya. The normal papaya is long and thin but this is huge in width.



It is time to dissect the huge papaya. It looks like an operation in progress. The knife is sharp enough to cut the papaya.



Take a look at the contents of the papaya which is cut into half. There are so many seeds in it. Those seeds can be used to grow a papaya tree. They are scrapped away so that the contents of the papaya can be eaten.

Papaya is very good because it has minerals and vitamins. It is also good for constipation. If you ever come across with a papaya as huge as this one, feel free to tag me along. Happy viewing and eat up your papaya.

I am UPGRADING.

I do not have to narrate too much. The title of this post tells it all. After all my heartache and miseries plus my unexpected health problems, I want to change.

It takes 6 weeks to see a total change in someone. The most imortant thing is getting enough sleep at the right time. My biological clock had been compromised and I feel like a zombie and I feel useless.

From this every hour, I am working towards a better person. I want to reach my goals and dreams. I know I can.

It happens Occasionally at Night.

It is very hard for me to explain. This sensation which only happens to me off and on. I can feel it coming and when it comes it really hits me like a tornado. This is an agitated attack for me as it only happens to me at night when I am about to go to sleep.

The feeling of muscle cramp from my left chess to the top of my body. It goes all the way to my jaw. This feeling of cramp can be mild and it can become extraordinary. I feel so leggy when I get this feeling. Sometimes I feel like ending my life. I know this attack only happens in a few hours but the feeling of having it really makes me want to end my life because it is so torturous. I really can't stand the feeling of having such sensation.

I don't know if any of you have this feeling. Like I mentioned there is muscle cramp and also I will be sweating furiously. Do any of you have such symptom?

When always I think of this attack, it will come surely. It comes like a silent killer where it starts gradually and end like a thief who have stole something. I feel demotivated whenever I get this attack. I consulted my mum and she said it is a panic attack but I feel it is not merely a panic attack. I can't explain what sort of attack is this but I know it is something to do with my nervous system. I also feel kind of cold when I get this sensation and due to the humid surrounding I will sweat. I can sweat buckets of water to tell the truth. I told myself this is surely not a panic attack no doubt some of the symptoms of panic attack is muscle uneasiness.

I feel glad to write this out and I would like to know the reason why I get such attack. I have to try various ways to stop this attack from happening and it always happens at night. Once I know the various dos and don'ts I would be able to silent this attack and keep it a bay. I hope anyone can share this and I would be willing and thankful of your opinions and ideas.

Manchester United Champions for the 19th time.

Today is the most significant day for all Manchester United's fans. Our team have won their 19th title. It also goes to in the books of history for the most times won in the rich history of English soccer.

The equalizer goal that Rooney scored brought much significant. A great season where United were top of the table by early January this year. The thrashing of Chelsea the previous week was the deciding factor. The most important thing is getting the cup back at Old Trafford after surrendering it to Chelsea.

It is no doubt that the players and the manager deserve to win and to overtake Liverpool's record. The game was all but over at Blackburn Rovers and Manchester United were crown champions. The sweet memories of holding the trophy at Old Trafford next week is just the icing on the cake to sum up a challenging season. Honestly the title is up for anyone to grab this season but the best club takes it all.



Congratulations to Sir Alex and his army of Red. Winning the game at Wembley would bring more significant to United's season.

Shall I be a Pilot.

I don't know why? I think that I am mad. Pilot is still a profession. Why not?

When I was young, the only thing which comes to my mind is moving on land and air. I love cars but I also love flying. I would just sit on my long sofa and think that I am driving or flying a plane.

Needless to say I turned out to do something different. I studied business. I didn't do anything which I thought of doing . Now I am feeling the urge to fly once again so I am taking up flying classes and to get the license to fly.

This is a total change. Something which is unexpected. Flying...

The answer is for be to break through. Who knows?

Things to Get Hold.

We are consumers. We spend to consume. We buy to get a particular good or service. There are a few things I have to get and I would like to separate them to short-term and long-term want.

Things I have to get immediately:

1. Smart Phone. I am looking at the HTC Desire HD.

2. Ipad 2

3. RM 1,000 watch (casual + sport)

4. Camera Kit - Lens (50mm, wide angel) and flash

5. Bicycle + Accessories

6. Car (Proton Satria Neo CPS)

My long-term need would be a house but now I am looking for a comfortable condominium.

Item 5: RM 4000

Item 6: RM 60,000 (pay by installment)

All to gather RM 76, 500..... One job is definitely not enough to buy all those items. I am still young and mobile, so I can have multiple jobs.

A time to work.

There is a time for everything on earth. There is a time to be awake and a time to sleep. There is a time to work and a time to rest.

Time is of essence. Time is used to calculate our production. We spend time doing productive things which in return will reap benefits. We aught to know what is productive and what is not. There is a simple formulae.

Production = Output / Input.

If we want to have intrinsic value out of our production we must spend time doing things which brings value in terms dollar and benefit terms.

It is now important to put in more time in seeking those beneficial act instead of sitting down doing unproductive events which brings no benefit but a total waste of time. A wise man know how to make full use of his time while a foolish man just sits at one corner doing things which brings no value.

Since I am still young, it is time to make full use of my time and do things which are beneficial and value to my life. It is time to improve my self.

Lesson Learn.

Tonight Manchester United had shown their resilience. They have shown to everyone that nothing is impossible. I am a proud supporter of Manchester United. First thing first, they never fail to impress their supporters. Secondly, they are generous.

I shall talk about the team selection by Sir. Alex Ferguson. I was surprise to see 7 defenders on the field. The twins really showed that they can play as upfront wingers or full-backs. I am impress by their performance. Chris Smalling did very well indeed at the back. Credits should go to Rooney for playing at mid-field for most of the first half and he was the contributing factor to the first United goal where Fabio scored. Well done.

Here we learn that by showing character that we only can succeed. In Manchester United, it is all about character. It was mentioned by Alex Ferguson before the game. He said that his players need character and they did it at home against Arsenal.

Experience is very important and van Der Sar did showed in the game. He is always alert at all times and he did made a few important safe to seal the game. He is by far the match winner. The accolade should go to him and he will well look back at his career and look to today's match and be proud of.

The most important thing is never give up. Two disappointing results doesn't mean the end of the world. That doesn't happen to Manchester United. They have shown their resilience in their game no doubt they were weaken by injuries. That is why I support a club like United. I hope United will win the treble this year and it would be a great year to boost the morale of the club and as well as their fans. Manchester United definitely never fail to surprise their fans.

Things I do.

Life is indeed funny for me. I fear what is not feared. I laugh at what is not fearful. I think of things that no one could imagine that it might really happened. Yes, that is me.

When I am really thinking. I drive. Many would think that I am weird but it is true. The journey from one place to another really gives me the sort of idea where to start and to end. It gives me a clear direction and idea while moving. Ideas will straight away flow into me. It is the same like traveling to a far away country. It really open up the mind and it gives one fresh perspectives and ideas.

I eat even when I am not hungry. Food generate energy. Energy derives movement. And movement equals ideas. Food is still the top of the list.

I pray when I am out of ideas. Through prayer that give all sort of ideas.

Every now and than, I blair at the net. This help me to gain new perspectives. It helps me to get even with myself. You won't know what you can find out in the net more than people can tell you. Happy social networking.

Last but not least, just go crazy when it is not supposed to be. You will some sort get what I mean.

A Better Lifestyle.

Everything is decided. We are given choices. My choice is to have a better lifestyle. Don't get me wrong. I am not materialistic. I just want to leave a better lifestyle and that is my choice.

The only thing is to change. Make an improvement. It takes 3 months to see results and during these three months, we will know if we are changing. Once we get into the habit we won't be easily distracted or lost focus. Getting use to the changed routine is important so that we can show success towards the ideal self.

Again, health is very important. In fact without health, it is impossible for us to change. Keeping a close eye on our health and well being. We need to stay fit.

Time to move towards that change. The ideal lifestyle.

Proton Satria Neo R3.

The evolution of the Satria started with the Satria hatchback way back in the middle 90's. The car was mend for the young and vibrant. Teenagers or young people who had just started work or college goers. The word Satria in Sanskrit means 'knight'.

The production of the first Satria was from 1995 to 2005. Today, there is an innovation in the name of the model which is Proton Satria Neo. The ancestor of the Neo was matted with the Mitsubishi technology. The power-plant used by the latest Neo is the Campro CPS 1600cc.

Only recently, Proton had come out with the latest Satria Neo which is the R3 version. The car has its dynamism. Once again it is the soul and heart of the young. The car comes with a push start ignition, a matted 3D GPS plus an improvement in the main dashboard. The body of the car is much more sportier and look more fierce.

Hopefully, I shall get my hands on the new release of the Satria Neo R3. The R3 developers have done some touches to the body and also performance of the car which derived 145 break horse power compared to the conventional Neo which is 125 break horse power.

Old is Gold.

Trying leaving a bottle of wine for 40 years and taste it after that. There is surely a difference compared to the wine which is only a year old. The secret is fermentation of the wine. The longer wine is kept, the deeper the taste. Cheers!

We are foolish not to listen to the old. There is a saying. Old is gold. Yes, it is true. People who are wise are people who leave over their 50's. These are the people who have gone through life and they are more experience. Seek the elderly for advise and also wisdom. They might seem fragile but their mind have for sure wisdom and understanding. We, young people should not look down at elderly people.

I enjoy listening to senior citizens. No doubt they can't walk properly but they are indeed an asset. We only can get true advise from them where the young might not be able to give us an answer. The advise they give are true and beneficial. We might feel agitated listening but if we really listen to them, whatever they say are true facts.

Take some time to listen to the elderly people. They might repeat themselves but whatever they say is very true. They give inspiration and also motivation. We as young people should pay more attention to them so that we do not make foolish mistakes. You can never get such valuable advise from people of our age.

It is right to treat the elderly people. We can buy them food to eat and also talk to them when we have time. Their presence is very valuable. Treat them with respect and also cherish them because without them there is no us today. Let us take the effort to show our concern and love for these people at every opportunity that we get. If we respect our elders, we will be well respected in the future when we are old.

Buffet at Jogoya, Star Hill Gallery.

The evening before, I logged into MSN. As usual I will wait for people to message. True enough a message came by. It was from my cousin, Aaron. It wasn't any ordinary call but it was an invitation to try out an appetizing place. My cousin suggested to go to Jogoya for Japanese food. I was over-whelmed. I was longing all these while to eat Japanese and there came an invitation. We discussed the time and I agreed.

I woke up at 9 am today. I washed up and went for breakfast at the near by Indian restaurant with my sister. She normally eat at that particular restaurant before she goes to work. I had meehoon goreng and a cup of teh C kosong. I had stomachache after that and I have to rushed home to past motion. It was a relieved as I was controlling my motion while walking home. I managed to find the toilet in time to release that stress.

I received a confirmation message from my cousin, Aaron that the place to meet was Jogoya as we couldn't make up our mind the night before. We were deciding on two places which was Tenji or Jogoya. The message came through at 10 am indicating Jogoya was the confirmed place to meet.

I left my house at 11 am and took a taxi to K.L Central. The journey was a 5 minutes ride. The taxi fare was RM 10. It was indeed quite expensive as I was expecting less than that. I walked to the Monorail Station just opposite of K.L Central. Paid RM 2.10 and proceed to take the train. It was very fast and I waited only about 4 minutes and the train arrived.

I took sometime to find the place. I didn't know where Star Hill Gallery was. I first started up at Sungai Way shopping mall and I was sure it wasn't the place. I called Aaron who had reached the place and he told me it was in Star Hill Gallery. I walked around and search for the place. Finally I found the place after hunting around and asking for directions. The place is just opposite of Pavillion mall. The place looks grand and it reminds me of a hotel in Singapore.

I booked a place and the receptionist allocated me a sit in the restaurant. I was given the sit number 172. It was actually near where Aaron was sitting. It was such a coincidence. I was thinking it was great. Met Aaron and his girl-friend, Wei Jia.

The concept for Jogoya is buffet style. The food is all self-service. There are all sorts of sushi, there are fried food, steamboat items, fried tepanyaki, unagi, Chinese food, and also the drinks section. They even have a place to make our own ice-kacang and they have also fresh coconut where you have to hammer a hole at the head of the coconut to drink its contents. The place is great overall because you get to move around and choose the type of food you like. I was expecting less but it turned out to be great and over my expectation. It is worth every penny paid per head which is RM 90.45 which includes tax. Now with the buy one free one promotion it is even more worth it.

The following dish is specially done by the chef. An order need to be placed and the waiter will bring the dish over to the sitting place. The following dish is called tepanyaki chicken served with brinjal and red pepper.


The dish below is also very specially served. You need to place an order and it will be brought to the table by the waiter. It is called tepanyaki prawns. The prawns were fresh and juicy. It is not bad at all.


Thinking of quenching your thirst. Here is one way to do so. It is the fresh coconut shell. It is self-service where you collect the coconuts from a fridge and later you have to punch a hole at the top side of the coconut. The taste is authentic and really nice.


If you are fed up with all steamed food. Try out Jogoya's fried food. They are delicious and tasty and it is worth a bite.



Japanese food is not complete without their sushi. I went hunting around and it is located at the counter near the place where I was sat. I love it with a little bit of maionese.



A meal is never complete with a cup of coffee. There is a counter specially for drinks. Got myself a cup of hot cappuccino and it was steaming hot. There was lots of toast while brewing the coffee from the brewing machine. I also had two cups of hot chocolate which was great.

There was also steamboat. The steamboat was also self-service. I took a pot and put some prawns, fish and some vegetables and took to the table to get it heated up. Aaron, Wei Jia and me waited for the boat to steam. It was an interesting process.

We left the place at around 3 pm. We were really satisfied and felt happy. We went to Pavillion for a walk and to see the imported goods and branded goods. There are so many branded shops in Pavillion.

We went to the Monorail Station at 3.30 pm. It was raining cats and dogs at that time. Luckily the Monorail Station was covered. Aaron and Wei Jia took a different route and I went back to K.L Central. It was still raining when I reached K.L Central station.

I had to wait for a while at the station before I make my move to a near by shops. The rains was still heavy at that time. I waited at the entrance of the shops. The rain was very heavy. I waited for 15 minutes until the rain subsided a bit and I walked towards a bus stop. I was all wet at the time I reached the bus stop. I waited for 15 minutes for the bus to arrive. I paid RM 1 and was on my way home. Luckily the rain stopped when I reached home. I took a hot shower after being caught in the wet rain.

It was a tiring day but I managed to have a great time with great food and companionship plus I get to see the development of Kuala Lumpur and Brickfields. It ends all well.

Rating: 7.5/10

Starting small.

The figure is too large. People might not be able to get what I mean. I might not be able to link it up. If the figure is small and fixed, there might be at least hope and also something to ponder and the review.

The idea of closing big figures in sales is lucrative but there is always a sloppy side. Why? There is not much of an evidence that there is much thought into the idea of bringing in large figures. Not in the life time.

The catch of small fishes are the bucket full. The big fishes are a bucket filled. It is different if we have fishes compared to fish. Logically, the idea of having large number is preferred compared to singularity. The fresh perspective is always welcomed and the constant idea of having a numeric figure is always the answer to the matter.

If given, 12,000 of 12 months which is 1,000 a month, than if given 10 bundles than the figure should end up to be 120,000 compared to 120,000 alone.


The idea is to have plenty of support compared to a singular issue. The idea is really idealistic and it applies a lot commonly to the daily routine of general purposes.

Time off.

I am phat.

The idea of getting fit and slim is getting away. The thought of having a slim body was never my desire let alone dreaming of one. The burden in my mind is too heavy for me to think of losing a pound. The truth is I am not that happy about myself and the shape of my torso. I have to say that my body is like a 90 year old corpse. It is like a ticking time bomb which I think might be attacked by my good cells.

The thought of malnourishment is always a matter to me. I am sort of tired about great food. Those food which might seem nice to eat but after eating one might not know what will it caused to our body. They are for once harmful to us without us noticing. The food that is appetizing doesn't mean it is good to the body. There is less nutrients and also vitamins in them but they contain lots of fats and oil.

When young, we are fed by our parents. We are too young to analyze and differentiate the type of food. We put everything into our mouth including our toys. The idea of the pacifier was created by a study of the reasons why kids put items into their mouth. As we grow up, we put in solid food into our mouth. There are various dishes on the table and we have the choice to choose the food. There isn't any thought when we first start to feed ourselves. We just put food into our mouth. We do not filter the type of food we put into our mouth. That is because we were to naive to think and we just feed on what is being served. Well, we just eat up everything and than be happy.

When we go to school, we learn about the food chain. We were thought about the types of food and its nutrients. We learn about the types of vitamins each food contain and also the types of nutrients it has. We still eat everything up which is being served to us. We are too young to think about what sort of food which gives us what sort of benefits. We eat because we enjoy the taste and its feeling. Without giving less thoughts to its benefit.

Growing up was sort of a challenging scenario. Here I am now with a belly of a beer drinker. My kidney is swollen. I am just shaped round. The idea of being jovial is the answer. There is something to look forward to which is to play around with the fats I have. They are with me from the start. I find it hard to breath at times and my blood doesn't flow well which makes me feel tired all the time. Everyday when I wake up I will look at the mirror and I feel sad. The intensity of the curves gives me away and it let me down. One part of me says thank-you I am not anorexia but the other part of me says I am humty dumty. I need to work out to have a balance posture and a firmed torso.

Time to work those limps. Those extra fats must be burnt.

4 Cs

In banking, the mechanism of the 4 Cs apply to the approval of loans. The 4 Cs are merely an indicator for the borrower to purchase money from the bank. Banks are regulated institutes by the central bank which is Bank Negara in Malaysia. There are certain requirements that one need to follow in order for their loan to be approved. First of all, you must be financial sound. Normally this is done by looking at our income or cash flow. We must be attached to a company or organization. If you are a business man, you have to look at your cash-flow. Besides that, the bank will do a complete search if we are still owing money to other organization or government service. There is a check-and-balance to avoid any bad loan. This is to keep safe the bank's interest so that there is no unforeseen circumstances such as wounding of the bank or worst, financial crisis.

Today the 4 Cs apply outside of the financial scope. It is important in every relationship. This 4 Cs are different compared to those required by the bank. In a normal circumstances, it is common for both parties in a relationship to spend. It is only right for the dominion party to spend his opposite gender. This is call gentlemen. What than are the 4 Cs?

They are no other than cash, credit, condo and car. Try without one of this and you will find that a relationship would not last for long. It is not call lust or anything but it is only right that these Cs shall keep the relationship going. Wow, these all seem too challenging. Yes, it is. Okay, this is nothing but planning out well. Just like planning when to have kids. The same old process. As the saying goes, you fail to plan; you plan to fail. Always stick to the plan and you will see the magic no doubt sometimes there are some blockage in between but always follow according to the plan and everything will be just fine.

Some crack their head for something so simple. It is very common. You might have thoughts that regulate yourself but it is fine. Regulating oneself is a good thing but it is the extra mile that we go through in order to be successful. This is another way of keeping a relationship going. The pain might be excruciating but a little exercise it will surely be a true success. A little believe is also important.

It is a reality. Do not start a relationship if you got nothing. You surely end up miserable. Miserable as a beggar. It might sound false but think about the future. Don't you think it will be bright. Many couple go their separate ways due to financial matters and this is proven. If you are a responsible person, you would think like wise and have earning capacity before having a relationship. Some might have the support from their parents but that support won't bring you far. In fact, you will be treated as a baby or no better than a baby. People will laugh at us spending our parents money on someone else. Isn't that accountable or matured?

There are so many ways today of making valuable cash. All you need is to follow the plan. A lot of people just give up while they are faced with difficulties and they just go into solemnity. Yes, we have to admit our weakness but not be over taken by our weaknesses. This is sort of a challenge. It is same when you are over-weight and trying to go fit. The first time is a mountain to climb but after that it is all sailing smoothly. We must keep our mind fairly open to see the broader picture and it will be definitely blur at first but it gets more blur along the way until we hit the right note to walk through that blur path. We must have good imagination and vision.

Everything has a start. Why not start with something which brings you to places. It is always the case of mobility. We have to go places. To the shop, to the mall, to work, to church, to friends place and so on. Get yourself mobile. The most important C is a car. You need to be ferried. I am not sure about others but for a start a car is very important. Get a good ride. A car that has safety features and also powerful enough to bring you around. There is one point which need to be noted. There are long term cost in owning a car. It is wise to purchase a car which has parts available. This is one of the reasons why people buy and sell cars like no body's business.

The following is the ride that only gifted people will have the chance of owning one. Not many will get the chance to have one. Not many have the ability to drive one. Not many is smart enough to own one. Only the best of the best will be able to sit in one. This is the art and pride of every Japanese. Thanks to Toyota. The Camry is the car of many wishes but few will be able to drive it. You must be Tom Cruise, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt to have the chance to sit in it. This car is mend for the cream of the cake and it has its pride. Enough said, you own one means you are fairly well of and you meet the requirements of the chairperson. The car has its looks and elegance. There is a yin and yang balance between the front and the back where the car looks balance. You sense that it is near you without even looking at it and once it passes by it is just pure symphony. The car has only one word which is COMPLETE. You shall pamper yourself with the soft leather sit. The ionized air-condition is just perfect. The sound of the engine is just like space.

Once you are financially stable, you meet those requirements and you will surely want to get a nest for yourself. Purchasing a house is the ideal idea. You will plan to start a family. The idea of buying a house comes with the location. You would want to leave in a community which is proper and neat. It is again a luxury and it is all about planning. As I have mentioned earlier, owning a house is a luxury but in the long run it will bring returns. A house is not only for security purposes but it enables one to make a future return from the current value. It is important to buy a house in a developed area. It is good to scout around and look around for potential areas where meets the true value. There must be easy access and also convenience.

It is great to hold cash. It is best to pay of using cash. It depends on the situation. If you are well past your retiring age, it is better to pay cash so that you don't hold any liability. It depends actually to different people. Everyone have their own way of spending. Cash is king. I am not bragging or anything but cash is surely the answer to spending. If we have the power to spend, we will than incur cost and that is through credit. The convenience of the credit card helps to solve our cash flow problems. We are able to control our spending and limit our spending. It can work the other way around where we spend too much and end up paying huge sums of debts. It is how we manage our debt. It is appropriate to have a spending list on items that we are spending so that we can control our finances.

Now I am sure most of us have a clear idea about the 4 Cs. It is very interesting to know how we earn and spend money. The more we are involves the more we learn to cherish what we have and it becomes a game. Take for example a game of monopoly and how we spend and also earn. All the bachelors out there, it is a fun thing to earn and also make full use of our resources because it is surely a great challenge but also something that we can learn and be surprised of the value of money and the loses and profits that we make.

GONG XI FA CAI - 1st Day

Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year for the year of a rabbit. Gong Xi Fa Cai!

The first day of Chinese New Year is normally a rest day. It is a rest day after a tiring year. Most of us will be sleeping or taking a rest at home.

Below are the food that mum cooked. They were again delicious. Yummy!

2-2-2011 Chinese New Year Eve & Benjamin's 19th Birthday.

Finally the day that had been waiting for has arrived. It is the eve of Chinese New Year. The year of the rabbit is coming and it is not far away. First of all, Happy Chinese New Year to all my Chinese friends and happy holidays to the rest.

The normal scenario is to have reunion dinner. Normally every year we will drive to Sentul to have our reunion dinner at my grandma's place. My uncle will cook lots of delicious food. This year, mum cooked some delicious food. We had suckling pig, roasted duck, char siew, green vegetables, steam prawns, and steam promfet.















After dinner at home, my whole family went to Sentul to visit my uncle. He normally cooks all sort of yummy food. Met some of the cousins and uncle and aunties. Unfortunately we didn't stay long because there was no electricity half way our stay.

Today is also my youngest brother's birthday. It is his 19th Birthday. As usual we have the cake cutting celebration. Besides that, we had the loh sang feast.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

The year 2011 is the year of the rabbit according to the Chinese ideology. Another two more days to the year of the rabbit.



Here, I would like to wish all my Chinese friends a happy and prosperous new year. Hope the year of the rabbit would leap frog into a spectacular year.

Planting the Seed.

How do people know each other?

Does it just happened all a sudden without any actions?

I do believe that relationships are formed by the action of one to another. Yes, no doubt some relationship might just happened all a sudden but I strongly feel that most relationships are created with the direct action by one to another.

Today I am planting as much seed to create trees. Every person I meet is a potential friend. Everyone has their own way of behaving and not everyone can be approached using the same method. That is a challenge.

It is very rewarding if we manage to have a network of friends. Obviously trust is very important in a relationship let alone partnership. After getting through the first hurdle, it is important to be attentive and also to inculcate good behavior and trust.

You are able to rely on friends when we are down or in trouble. That is the power of making friends. There is one exclusion, we must not make use of our friends just for the benefit of ourselves. We must create a synergy that makes the friendship last so there is no misunderstanding. Reward a friend after he or she had helped us. It can be a small gift or some food.

No man is an island. We are social beings and we must interact with people. It is alright to be silent sometimes but we have to show initiatives so that others know that we are taking notice of what they are saying. It is alright to give your feedback to another so that both parties can learn and to improve. A good friend is a criticizer and a good listener.

We must also be sensitive with people around us. The actions we do or the body movements are important so that we do not offend another party. It is important that we have a proper posture when we sit or stand so that we respect the other party when we are talking or listening to them.

Last but not least is being confident. Just give your best and it is alright to admit that we don't know certain things and keep things simple. We should learn to curb our enthusiasm.

A Visit to A Proton Distributor.

I was icthing to take a closer look at the new model, Proton Inspira. I stopped by at the distributor outlet located at Old Klang Road.

I was introduced to Mr. Andy. He was the sales representative. He was very kind to explain to me about the Inspira with its features and fittings. The Inspira comes with three variant. They have the 1.8 Executive in manual or CVT transmission. The higher range would be the 2.0 CVT Premium.

My reward for this year would be a car. I am still working on it and doing lots of assignments. Guess I am getting the hang of it. A good start.

I am targetting the month of June to get the CVT 2.0L model.

My Needs & My Wants.

First of all, I would like to start up with my needs. This year, 2011, I shall be fulfilling my needs of having a good health and to stay fit. Staying fit means getting back into shape and to reduce my weight. My current weight is inappropriate and it might cause other sicknesses. The goal is to do exercise and I shall find all sort of methods to keep me fit. Controlling of food intake is also important which I have to reduce on salty food and sugar. Eating late at night has to be curbed.

Second of the list is taking control of my own expenses. Those essential items that I need. Making sure I am well equipped with essential items such as fittings to my body and other items which I need to survive.

There are many wants for this year but I can't guarantee that every wants will be achieved this year. Some of the wants will be carried forward to next year and the following years to come. As for a start, I have set my goal to visit places in Malaysia this year. Trips to Ipoh/Penang, Malacca, & Genting. Besides that I am hoping to get a smart-phone. My long term goal is to buy a house. Since there are many costs to buy a house such as legal fees and stamp duty, a house would be my long term want.

I hope to achieve these goals of needs and wants as this is a reward of the hard work that I put in. Time to take action.

22-1-2011 Parents' Anniversary

Today is my parent's 27th Anniversary since they got married. Every year we will have a reunion during this day. We went to Yuen Fatt Restaurant in the garden for dinner.

Above are the types of dishes that we order. Mum brought the fish head that she bought from the market to be cooked curry. There was fried chicken, pork leg, 'nga poh taufu' and tapioca leaves. The food was delicious.

After dinner we went to Mid Valley to buy some items. While walking we took some pictures of the decorations in the mall. The mall was well decorated with the Chinese New Year decorations.

Sunday Outing @ Kepong - Brilliant Nasi Lemak.

Today was another day where I traveled to Kepong, PJ and to Kuala Lumpur.
Met up with my cousin Aaron at his house in the morning.
Aaron drove to One Utama in the morning.
We had two games of bowling and later we went to the camera shop to see the release of
the Nikon D7000.

Went to Aman Suria to pick up WeiJia and her friend, PeiYing from the facial outlet.
While waiting, Aaron and me had a drink at Murni's Discovery which was near by.

We went to Kepong to have our lunch cum dinner. We went to Brilliant Nasi Lemak.
The shop is own by a Chinese owner. The food was considered non-halal as they
served pork.
