Healthy Diet (Drinks)

The food that we consume nowadays is either too oily or too salty. Plus we don't know if there are other substance such as arginomoto placed in the food which is commonly implanted when we eat outside. If we continue to consumed these food our body will react towards the food that we consume and in the long run we will have many sickness such as kidney failure, cancer and so on.

We can actually consume these food which is mostly outside food but we must detox. There are many ways of detoxing. We can have our daily supplements such as vitamins and pills which will cleanse our body. Another method is by having a good cup of drink.

We can get these ingredients from your near by supermarket and also late night market. They are fruits and also vegetables. The most important ones are like bitter gourd, lemon which helps in cleaning our entire system, green apple and many more.

Here are some ingredients that you can make to drink to detoxify your body.

Combination 1

Blend along three green apples, slice two bitter gourd and two cucumber. Cucumber has very good cancer healing properties. It is anti-cancerous particles. Bitter gourd is good for your complexion and also it has some healing values. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Combination 2

Blend lime, rock-melon and lemon along. Lime is good because it cools down your body temperature and it also helps in clearing oily food that we consume so our main arteries will not be blocked my discomposed oil. This is to avoid our heart from pumping too hard and to clear the path way of our main arteries. Lemon is good because it clears all the dirt and poison in our body. Rock-melon gives the extra feeling and taste to the drink.

There are more juices and vegetable to be mixed and to drink. Celery is also one good type of vegetable to mixed with other fruits to be made a drink. Tomatoes are to be eaten raw but you have to wash them first before consuming. They are all anti-cancerous food.

Try to reduce fried food. It is because of the carbon and anti-oxidant particulars contained in the food which might destroy our good cells. Sugar should be reduced too. Too much of sugar might cause our cells to be mutated and also we might get diabetes. We have to take in appropriate amount of sugar because without sugar we will collapse and lack of energy. Salt is also not to be over consumed. We will get hyper tension if we eat too much salt. Our blood will become ticker and that will caused many other illness. We must take in just the right amount of salt because without salt we will get cramps.

I am not a doctor or a specialist but I know a few things about living healthy and to leave a life where there is no major illness. Everything should be taken moderately and we must always replenish by consuming healthy food and also essential supplements so that we can leave a longer and sick free life.
