There is no such thing that everything will go your way neither not everything shall not go your way. That is why we need to keep believing and keep trying. There are billions of heads on earth and we can only make acquaintance with a hand full. We can't satisfy everyone neither can we be left alone if only we keep trying.
There are many reasons to a case. Why are we not accepted by some and the other way around. We have to be honest like some who have said be yourself. We do not have to impress people to be friends with them. Sincerity still counts to create friendship. People might say otherwise but we should not believe them because I have mentioned that not everyone will agree with us.
We got to satisfy ourselves first before we open to a circle of friends. I am not saying we must be a coward or to think differently but to be someone first before opening up to others. We need to do homework and to read a lot so that we can relate our stories to others. Pick up a few hobbies such as listening to music by different groups and understand the history and the names of the singer(s). Learn an instrument such as learning to play the guitar or piano. Do things that you haven't done. Improve yourself first and naturally you will open up with other people.
People say aim higher so that we do not feel guilty but there is another saying that goes like as we aim higher the higher chance of getting disappointed. Yes, both statements are right but seize the day and make everything your best and if you make mistakes is always time for corrections. There is no ruling that says we can't change the mistakes that we make.
Abstain from food that are salty, oily and full of sugar. Health is important and it must be placed first in our mission. We got to stay fit at least. When we are healthy we can do all sorts of things without compromising on our performance. There is an old saying, "Be wise with what we eat" or "You are what you eat". Drink lots of water and try some Chinese tea which is good to wash away the fats in our body. Take vitamin B for good memory. Regular exercise is important and doing stretches are essential.
The last but not least is to have positive attitude in thinking. We should never crumble a walls that we build but to reinstate them. See things in a different angle and always make use of our brain. Do something as when you stop you will feel ill and the negative energy will be around us. Talk to your closest friend if you got any feeling of loneliness or negative thoughts. We should learn to express our sadness or problems that we are facing.
